Oracle's Reusable Content Object (RCO) Strategy is an open standard for an architecture to build, store, and use content objects for learning and performance support.

The RCO Strategy organizes content on three levels: components, reusable content objects , and topics. The strategy also includes a database to store these objects, a management system, a browser-based end user interface, and authoring tools.

Oracle will develop products based on these entities. However, since this is an open standard, an organization will be able to choose whichever products best meet its needs.
